›       Clerk Level – This is the merchant login level, and shows the activity for all terminals for a merchant.  This is normally a SLIM CD Website login, as opposed to a credentials login

›       Client Level – This is the merchant login level, and shows the activity for all terminals for a merchant.  Specific sites can be selected to limit the view as desired.

›       Chain Level – This level provides the ability to oversee a group of merchant locations from Headquarters or by Accounting, without allowing locations to view transactions from other locations.

›       Master Level – This highest level is rarely used.  It is available to allow groups of chains under a franchise or as needed to represent other large corporate hierarchical structures.

Note that if the PASSWORD is empty/blank, then the USERNAME is assumed to be an API ACCESS CREDENTIAL.  See that section for additional information.
